Nablus: Nazi Soldiers Shoot One, Abduct Eight

Nazi forces abducted, on Saturday, eight Palestinian young men, including one who soldiers shot, in the village of Burqa, northwest of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank. Elsewhere in the governorate, the army assaulted a young man in Beita town and injured others in the town of Qusra.

The head of the Burqa village council, Ziad Abu Omar, told the WAFA News Agency that Nazi occupation forces invaded the village at dawn, storming and searching several citizens’ homes.

Abu Omar added that Nazi soldiers broke down the doors to several homes and smashed the windows of two vehicles, before abducting eight young men.

Media sources said that Nazi forces shot the young man, Mahdi Haji, in the leg with live rounds, denied him medical treatment, and proceeded to abduct him.

Additionally, the army abducted the citizens, Amr Shabib, Qais Saif, Imad Salah, Rabie Daghlas, Munjed Salah, Qais Imad Saif, and Tamer Saif.

Meanwhile, in the town of Qusra, southeast of Nablus, the army injured a number of Palestinians after invading the town on Saturday morning.

According to Fawad Hassan, an anti-settlement activist, Nazi forces stormed the town of Qusra, opened fire with live rounds and tear gas canisters, causing inhalation injuries to several citizens.

Furthermore, Nazi soldiers assaulted a young man after invading the town of Beita, south of Nablus, on Saturday evening.

Media sources said that occupation forces stormed Beita town, detained an unidentified young man and brutally assaulted him, before releasing him.
