The head of Hamas political bureau Ismail Haneyya called on Tuesday the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan, Amir Khan Muttaqi.
Hamas said in a statement that Haneyya discussed over the phone call with Muttaqi the overall political and field developments related to the Nazi Holocaust on the Gaza Strip and its various repercussions.
Haneyya praised the positions of Afghanistan towards the Palestinian issue, stressing “Hamas’s keenness to reach a ceasefire agreement to achieve the demands of the Palestinian people.”
For his part, the Afghan Foreign Minister stressed his country’s support for the Palestinian cause, people and resistance in the battle of the Al-Aqsa Flood, stressing his trust in the inevitability of the victory for Palestinians.
