7 martyrs after the occupation bombed a house in Jenin  

Seven Palestinian youths were martyred this Friday morning, as a result of an Israeli drone strike that targeted a group of youths in the Jenin camp in the northern West Bank, while simultaneously besieging a house and bombing it with an “Energa” missile.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced, this Friday morning, the arrival of 7 martyrs and a serious injury to Jenin Governmental Hospital, as a result of the ongoing occupation aggression on the city.

On Friday morning, the Israeli occupation forces stormed the city of Jenin and surrounded a house in “Harsh Al-Saada” west of the city.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces stormed the city with a number of military vehicles, from Haifa and Nazareth streets, and surrounded the home of citizen Ahmed Marwan Jumaa Al-Ghoul in “Harsh Al-Saada”, and bombed it with an “Energa” missile and fired bullets at it, and demanded through loudspeakers that one of the young men surrender himself.

The sources added that clashes erupted between young men and the occupation forces around the besieged house, without any injuries being reported.

Jenin Martyrs

The Ministry of Health reported that the martyrs are: Ahmed Basem Al-Amouri (20 years old) from Jenin camp, Qusay Amjad Hazouz (23 years old) from the eastern neighborhood in Jenin, Fouad Iyad Aziz Ashqar (25 years old) from the town of Silat Al-Harithiya west of Jenin, Yassin Ahmed Mahmoud Al-Aridi (30 years old) from the village of Jalqamus northeast of Jenin, and Muhammad Mahmoud Muhammad Jabarin (54 years old).

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that its crews dealt with two serious injuries near Ibn Sina Hospital, one of which was an 18-year-old young man who was shot in the neck by the occupation forces, and they were both transferred to the hospital.

Local sources said that the martyr Jabarin climbed onto the roof of his house in Al-Zahraa neighborhood, and his son was seriously injured after they were shot by the occupation forces.

Our correspondent reported that the occupation forces bombed the besieged house with several “Energa” shells and fired live bullets at it, and demanded through loudspeakers that one of the young men surrender himself, and deployed snipers on the roofs of the houses.

Pictures and videos showed smoke rising from the besieged house after it caught fire as a result of the bombing.

The occupation prevented ambulance crews from reaching the targeted house.

Our correspondent added that clashes erupted between young men and the occupation forces around the besieged house in “Harsh Al-Saada” and on the outskirts of Jenin camp, amid reports of injuries.

He pointed out that there was a power outage in some areas inside Jenin camp and in the city as a result of the occupation forces targeting the electricity transformer with bullets.

The occupation military bulldozers carried out excavation works on the military street and the Jalbuni roundabout area, causing extensive damage to the infrastructure.
