With the highest signs of pride and dignity, the Martyr Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades march to the sons of our Palestinian Mujahid people, to the masses of our Arab and Islamic nation and its valiant resistance, and to the free people of the world, the martyr, the Mujahid leader/Ismail Abdel Salam Haniyeh – leader of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, who rose as a martyr following a Zionist assassination. A cowardly attack targeted his residence in the Iranian capital, Tehran. In the face of this Nazi crime, we affirm the following:
Firstly, the Mujahid leader “Abu al-Abd” rose after a career full of giving, jihad, and sacrifices, during which he accompanied the various stages of the movement’s development and its jihadist path. At various stations, he made clear contributions and imprints. During his journey, he gave a lot to our Palestinian cause, and he played an important role in strengthening the resistance and unifying the Palestinian cause. The efforts of the people of the nation, mobilizing their energies, and directing the compass towards Jerusalem, to conclude with martyrdom in the most honorable of battles, “the Battle of the Al-Aqsa Flood,” which our people and the free people of our nation are waging in defense of Al-Aqsa and the holy sites.
Secondly, the criminal assassination of Commander Haniyeh in the heart of the Iranian capital is a significant and dangerous event that takes the battle to new dimensions and will have major repercussions on the entire region. The enemy has miscalculated in expanding the circle of aggression and assassinating resistance leaders in various arenas and violating the sovereignty of the countries of the region. The criminal Netanyahu, blinded by megalomania, is leading the occupation entity into the abyss and accelerating its collapse and disappearance from the land of Palestine once and for all.
Third: It is time for this Nazi orgy to stop, for this raging enemy to be reined in, and for the hand that fiddles here and there to be deterred from its aggression to be cut off. The enemy’s continuing crimes in various arenas sound the alarm bell for all countries and peoples of the region, and must be an incentive for all. To support and support the resistance in Palestine because it is the advanced line of defense for the entire nation, and therefore the enemy is trying hard to break it and subject it to devote itself to the greatest aggression against the countries and peoples of the nation.
Fourth: The blood of our leader Ismail Haniyeh, which is mixed today with the blood of Gaza’s children, women, youth, and elderly, and with the blood of the sons and mujahideen of our people and our nation, confirms that the resistance and its leaders are at the heart of the battle side by side with their people, and that this pure blood that is dear to God will definitely not go away. Rather, it will be a beacon on the path to liberation, and the enemy will pay the price for its aggression with its blood in Gaza, the West Bank, within its monstrous entity, and in every place the hands of the mujahideen of our people and our nation reach, God Almighty willing.

بيان عسكري صادر عن:

بأسمى آيات الفخر والعزة تزف كتائب الشهيد عز الدين القسام إلى أبناء شعبنا الفلسطيني المجاهد، وإلى جماهير أمتنا العربية والإسلامية ومقاومتها الباسلة، وإلى أحرار العالم، الشهيد القائد المجاهد/ إسماعيل عبد السلام هنية – قائد حركة المقاومة الإسلامية حماس، والذي ارتقى شهيداً إثر عملية اغتيالٍ صهيونيةٍ جبانة استهدفت مقر إقامته في العاصمة الإيرانية طهران، وإننا إزاء هذه الجريمة النازية نؤكد على ما يلي:
أولاً/ لقد ارتقى القائد المجاهد “أبو العبد” بعد مسيرةٍ حافلةٍ بالعطاء والجهاد والتضحيات، واكب خلالها مختلف مراحل تطور الحركة ومسيرتها الجهادية، وكان له في مختلف المحطات إسهاماتٌ وبصماتٌ واضحة، وقدم خلال مشواره الكثير لقضيتنا الفلسطينية، وكان له دورٌ مهم في تعزيز المقاومة وتوحيد جهود أبناء الأمة وحشد طاقاتهم وتوجيه البوصلة نحو القدس، ليُختم له بالشهادة في أشرف المعارك “معركة طوفان الأقصى” التي يخوضها شعبنا وأحرار أمتنا دفاعاً عن الأقصى والمقدسات.
ثانياً/ إن عملية الاغتيال الإجرامية بحق القائد هنية وفي قلب العاصمة الإيرانية هي حدثٌ فارقٌ وخطير، ينقل المعركة إلى أبعادٍ جديدةٍ وسيكون له تداعياتٌ كبيرةٌ على المنطقة بأسرها، وإن العدو قد أخطأ التقدير بتوسيعه لدائرة العدوان واغتيال قادة المقاومة في مختلف الساحات وانتهاك سيادة دول المنطقة، وإن المجرم نتنياهو الذي أعماه جنون العظمة يسير بكيان الاحتلال نحو الهاوية ويعجّل بانهياره وزواله عن أرض فلسطين مرة وإلى الأبد.
ثالثاً/ لقد آن لهذه العربدة الصهيونية أن تتوقف، وأن يتم لجم هذا العدو الهائج، وأن تقطع يده التي تعبث هنا وهناك ليرتدع عن عدوانه، وإن جرائم العدو المتواصلة في مختلف الساحات تدق ناقوس الخطر لدى كل دول وشعوب المنطقة، ولا بد أن تكون حافزاً للجميع لدعم وإسناد المقاومة في فلسطين لأنها خط الدفاع المتقدم عن الأمة بأسرها، ولذا يحاول العدو جاهداً كسرها وإخضاعها للتفرغ للعدوان الأكبر على دول وشعوب الأمة.
رابعاً/ إن دماء قائدنا إسماعيل هنية التي تختلط اليوم مع دماء أطفال غزة ونسائها وشبابها وشيوخها، ومع دماء أبناء ومجاهدي شعبنا وأمتنا، لتؤكد بأن المقاومة وقادتها ه م في قلب المعركة جنباً إلى جنب مع أبناء شعبهم، وإن هذه الدماء الطاهرة العزيزة على الله حتماً لن تذهب هدراً، بل ستكون نبراساً على طريق التحرير، وسيدفع العدو ثمن عدوانه من دمائه في غزة والضفة وفي داخل كيانه المسخ وفي كل مكان تصل إليه أيدي مجاهدي شعبنا وأمتنا بإذن الله تعالى.
