NOVANEWS The 50th Foundation Day and 149th birthday of Comrade Lenin were observed with programmes organized at various places across the country. In Bihar, programmes were held at the Party office at Patna, Chitkohra, Digha, Kankadbagh, and Patna City. The day was also observed at Bhojpur, Patna Rural, Siwan, Arwal, Muzaffarpur, Jehanabad, Gaya, and other Blocks and districts with flag hoisting, tribute to martyrs and a reading of the message put out by the Central Committee of the Party.
