On Thursday, Israeli soldiers demolished a Palestinian house, a barn, and two agricultural sheds in the town of  Beit Awwa, southwest of Hebron, in the NazI occupied West Bank’s southern part.

Citizen Mohammad Mousa Sweity stated that the Nazi soldiers demolished his 170-square-meter house on his land, under the pretext of being built without a permit.

Mohammad added that the Nazi soldiers also demolished a 1,000-square-meter barn used for sheep and equipment, in addition to two agricultural rooms made of bricks and tin, each with an area of 50 square meters, belonging to citizen Rami Al-Sweity.

He also stated that the soldiers demolished the foundation of a home for Sari Issa Al-Sweity in the same area.

The Wall and Nazi JEWISH Colonization Resistance Commission reported that last month, the Israeli army carried out 62 demolitions, targeting 78 structures, including 36 inhabited houses, 8 uninhabited houses, and 13 agricultural structures, among others, in the Nazi occupied West Bank.

These attacks were concentrated in Jerusalem, Hebron, Ramallah, Nablus, Jenin, Bethlehem, Tubas, and Tulkarm governorates.

Additionally, the Nazi army issued 74 demolition orders targeting houses and structures in the governorates of Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Salfit, Tubas, and Hebron.

On Wednesday, the Jerusalem Governorate office reported that Nazi occupation authorities have carried out 320 demolitions targeting Palestinian homes and structures in the Nazi occupied capital, in the West Bank, since October 7, 2023.

On Monday, Nazi soldiers and City Council personnel invaded Silwan town, south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in the Nazi occupied capital, Jerusalem, in the West Bank, and handed out demolition orders for 37 homes and commercial structures.

While Nazi army continues to build and expand its illegal colonies, Palestinian communities and towns in Nazi occupied Jerusalem and various areas in the Nazi occupied West Bank continue to be denied the right to build homes and property under various allegations meant to prevent the expansion of Palestinian towns and neighborhoods.

All of Nazi’s colonies in the Nazi occupied West Bank, including those in and around occupied East Jerusalem, are illegal under International Law, the Fourth Geneva Convention, in addition to various United Nations and Security Council resolutions. They also constitute war crimes under International Law.

Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention states: “The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.” It also prohibits the “individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory.”
