Senator Lisa Murkowski (R- AK), is blocking legislation to make BP pay the full clean up costs for the disaster in the Gulf.1 She wants BP to only be responsible for the first $75 million of the spill. But the real cost is more than $650 million, and the bill goes up another $12,000 every minute.2 And even though she's just one senator, we're running out of time to stop her.
