Zio-Nazi rejects Gaza Holocaust compensation

NOVANEWS Zio-Nazi strike on the Gaza Strip in January 2009 Zio-Nazi regime has refused to hear a petition by Palestinians that demanded compensation for damages inflicted to them during Zio-Nazi HOLOCAUST  against the Gaza Strip. The Palestinian Center for Human Rights, representing more than 1,000 residents of the Gaza Strip, said on Thursday that Zio-Nazi courts refused to hear their demands, Ynetnews reported.  The judges wrote that demands for compensation over damage should have been filed within two years and other damages can be filed seven years after the incident. The Palestinian group, however, said that courts are permitted to extend the statute of limitations by three additional years in such cases. A spokesman for the human rights center, attorney Michael Sfard...

Zio-Nazi Netanyahu: We will continue diplomatic efforts to thwart new Gaza flotilla

NOVANEWS Premier says instructed Zio-Nazi army, security officials to prepare to maintain Zio-Nazi naval blockade on Gaza, in place to “prevent weapons’ smuggling” into the Strip. Zio-Nazi Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu instructed his inner cabinet on Wednesday to continue diplomatic efforts to thwart an upcoming Gaza aid flotilla, a statement said on Wednesday, adding that the premier also instructed Zio-Nazi security forces to prepare for the flotilla’s possible arrival. The flotilla, which was expected to set sail in May, will now probably only embark in mid-June, its organizers preferring to wait for the outcome of the election to the Turkish parliament. Turkey: Israel shouldn't repeat its Gaza flotilla mistake

NOVANEWS   Speaking with the Sydney Morning Herald earlier this week, Turkish FM says it is Israel's responsibility to lift its blockade on the Strip, saying no one nation owned the Mediterranean. By Haaretz Israel mustn't attempt to stop a planned aid flotilla bound for the blockaded Gaza Strip, Turkey's Foreign Minister told in an interview on Monday, adding that Turkey could do nothing to stop organizers from launching the flotilla. Turkey said on Thursday it had received a request from Israel to help stop activists sailing to Gaza on the first anniversary of an Israeli raid on a Turkish ship, but it said the flotilla plan was not Ankara's concern.   The Mavi Marmara off the coast of Istanbul in May 2010. Ricordando Vittorio Arrigoni

Cominciammo subito a telefonare, a cercare informazioni dappertutto, facendoci aiutare dagli amici e contatti in Gaza.

in memoriam: Vik Arrigoni

NOVANEWS   On April 9, Vittorio Arrigoni – Vik to us – wrote to me in an e-mail that “I will go out immediately after this shame” ends. The “shame” was Israel’s latest flurry of F-16-delivered explosives that landed on the inhabitants of the Gaza Strip. On April 14 at noon I learned of Vik’s abduction at the hands of Salafi extremists in Gaza City. Instantly, we started making phone calls, ferreting out information, asking friends and contacts in Gaza for help. We were assured and sure that he would be out soon: that his kidnappers would know who they had captured, that they would regret it, would be ashamed. It was April 14 at nine P.M. that the last frail tethers with which we were all holding on to hope snapped: Reuters reported his death, then the BBC, then news was everywhere,...

VERA MACHT: VIK, YOU ARE MISSED

NOVANEWS GILAD ATZMON   You are missed with such an intensity that makes you even more present. In all of our minds, in all of our hearts. It's your absence that makes your strength, your kindness and your impressive dedication to people and to humanity so incredibly present. You are missed as a symbol of the struggle for justice, and for the value of each individual, the value of especially those people who seem to have been forgotten. You are missed in this world. Vik, I miss you in my world. I miss you as my best friend, as the one who was always there in the last year, in good and bad times. You once told me I should smile, because my smile would light you. But Vik, it was you who made me laugh. Not only by your great sense of humor, but through your unique way to mak...

‘US helped IsraHell with UN Gaza war probe’

NOVANEWS   Source–Herald Sun THE US worked behind the scenes to help Israel contain United Nations probes into possible war crimes committed during the 2008/’09 Gaza war, Foreign Policy reported today.   The online foreign affairs magazine cited exclusive WikiLeaks cables, detailing moves by Washington’s UN ambassador Susan Rice to prevent a more thorough UN investigation of alleged abuses in the conflict. Some 1400 Palestinians and 13 Israelis were killed during the three-week Israeli offensive in December 2008 and January 2009, which was aimed at halting Palestinian rocket attacks. According to one cable, Rice spoke with UN chief Ban Ki-moon three times on May 4, 2009 to urge him to remove recommendations for a wider investigation from a board of inquiry report into at...

Gaza children stressed, desperate and in danger

NOVANEWS   Posted by: Sammi Ibrahem Chair of West Midland Palestine Solidarity Campaign Zio-Nazi near five years blockade on the Gaza Strip causes extensive poverty, endemic unemployment and 80 percent of Gazans to be dependent on aid handouts Nazi blockade of the Gaza Strip has left the isolated Palestinian territory’s children stressed, desperate and in poverty, forcing some to do dangerous and deadly work, UNICEF said Tuesday. While there is no humanitarian crisis in Gaza, Israel’s blockade means there is extensive poverty, endemic unemployment and that 80 percent of Gazans are dependent on aid handouts, said UNICEF spokeswoman Catherine Weibel. Children under 18, around half the estimated 1.5 million population of the territory governed by Palestinian Islamist group Hamas, ar...
