Nicaragua Expresses Its Decision of Withdraw From UNESCO

Nicaragua notified the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) of its withdrawal from the organization after condemning the recognition given to the newspaper La Prensa, describing it as an affront to the cultural and historical values of the country.
