The Washington Post declared last week that a Russian operation hacked a Vermont utility computer. And they got the circumstantial evidence to prove it. Citing “U.S. officials,” they said,
“A code associated with the Russian hacking operation dubbed Grizzly Steppe by the Obama administration has been detected within the system of a Vermont utility.”[1]
