The body will investigate cases of political violence and it will be led by the ANC President Delcy Rodriguez.
Venezuela's Truth, Justice and Reparation Commission for Victims has officially taken up office in the capital Caracas.
It will investigate cases of political violence including those committed between 2014 and 2017.
The Commission will be led by the National Constituent Assembly President Delcy Rodriguez.
