The United States launched 59 Tomahawk cruise missiles at the Syrian military airfield in Ash Sha'irat near Homs on April 6 in response to the alleged chemical weapons use in Idlib, an incident which Washington blames on Damascus.
According to Syria’s news agency, the missile attack claimed nine lives.
