Bomb-laden car seized in eastern countryside of Salamiyeh

Army units operating in the eastern countryside of Salamiyeh seized Monday a car bomb loaded with large amounts of high explosive materials prepared to be detonated in al-Hasso town, in Wadi al-Azib in the eastern countryside of Salamiyeh in Hama province.

The source added that the seized car, which carries an Iraqi registration plate from Nineveh province, was dismantled by the army engineering units.
