The following speech was delivered by a central committee member to the party’s eighth congress in September. This is a very interesting debate, comrades. I find it both encouraging and discouraging at the same time. Why are we having this debate? I would like to say that I agree with motion 8. It’s quite clear that this is an issue which is causing genuine confusion – and not only in our party.
