European security sources to Al-Mayadeen: Hezbollah’s response to the assassination of martyr Shukr was a great success.. 22 dead and 74 wounded from Unit “8200”
European security sources revealed to Al-Mayadeen that the strike launched by Hezbollah on the “Glilot” base in Unit 8200, and the “Ein Shemer” base, achieved great success.
The sources confirmed that the targeting, through which Hezbollah responded to the assassination of the jihadist leader in the Islamic Resistance, the martyr Fouad Shukr, led to the deaths and injuries of dozens, reaching 22 dead and 74 wounded.
Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah indicated in a televised speech on August 25 that the primary target of the operation in response to the assassination of the martyred leader Fouad Shukr, “Sayyed Mohsen,” which was carried out by the Islamic Resistance, was the central “Glilot” base of the Zionist military intelligence, “Aman,” and Unit “8200,” near “Tel Aviv.”
Mr. Nasrallah announced that the operation would be called “Operation Arbaeen Day,” and that it was decided to be carried out on the fortieth day of Imam Hussein, confirming that “a significant number of drones reached these two targets, but the enemy is keeping it a secret, except that the days and nights will reveal the truth of what happened there.”
